Who moves your money
Yactiva is a financial technology company, not a bank. We never take custody of your funds. Every transfer is transmitted and settled by licensed, regulated payment partners — Yactiva builds the guided experience on top of that regulated infrastructure and is responsible for guiding your transfer, not for holding your money.
How you sign in
Yactiva is passwordless. You sign in with a one-time email code, a passkey, or Google — there is no password to store, forget, or leak.
Identity verification
Where verification is required, it is handled through a licensed identity and payments partner. Yactiva only keeps what is needed to run and protect your transfers.
Your data
Your information is used to move your money and keep your account safe — never sold, and never shared beyond what a transfer requires.
Operator
Yactiva is operated by Yactiva. Our platform is implemented and maintained by our technology partner, MacLeod Technologies (macleodtechnologies.org), acting solely as a data processor on our instructions; they are not the product owner and never hold customer funds.
